If Hollywood were to make a movie about my life and I had a choice of who I wanted to portray me, I would want it to be Jennifer Garner because she can pull it all off! She makes every role believable and real. I'm a mother, a friend, a wife, a goofball, an athlete, a vixen, a silly girl and an honorable friend. I cherish every role!

Experience: I've been an athlete forever playing basketball, baseball, football and running track through high school. Football continued through college and took me into the professional ranks for a few years. This led to my career as a personal trainer. The injuries finally forced me to retire from football. The rehab process was challenging and inspiring. Throughout the process I learned and became passionate about how important fitness and health are. I've been working as a personal trainer for 9 years and still love it. My clients are athletes and business people, moms and executives.
Specialty: Sport specific training as well as general fitness. I'm especially effective with "recovering" athletes!
Philosophy: Be willing to push self imposed limitations for your body and your mind.
If I were an alcoholic beverage I'd be a Coors Light because I was born and brewed right here in the Rocky Mountains. I'm smooth, cool and refreshing!

If I were an alcoholic beverage, I would have to be moonshine- good ole Tennessee white lightn’. Moonshine goes down easy, but it is strong and tough with a surprise kick in the end that lets you know that you are alive. That is the way I like to utilize exercise, to bring excitement into any lifestyle.
