BOOTCAMP A great overall workout, putting both strength and cardio to the test, but OUTSIDE (weather permitting or else in the Club; meet at the front desk)!  All fitness levels encouraged to attend, this is a class for anyone looking to attend and getting that heart pumping combining both strength and cardio into one of the best workouts that you will ever experience!

Cycling A cardio workout for the serious cyclist or the fitness enthusiast. Anybody can pedal a bike so this workout is for everyone. All fitness levels are welcome. Heart rate monitors are highly recommended.

Muscle All muscle training. Bands, bars, balls, weights and body weight are all used to train your muscles to be dynamic and strong. All fitness levels are welcome.

Pilates Reformer Bootcamp Get in shape with the lengthening and strengthening movements only Pilate's based training can provide. All movements are performed on our state of the art Pilate's Reformer machines. Strengthen your core, improve your flexibility and work all of those muscles that you didn't even know that you had! This is a fee-based class. Inquire at the front desk as to pricing.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Yoga Several disciplines are offered for the experienced yogi and the "never stretched before" fitness enthusiast. Try a class. You'll love it!

  • YOGA Traditional physical and mental disciplines are expressed in this class to give a great total body workout
  • YOGA SPORT Power Yoga with a twist, combining yoga postures with hand weights to create dynamic stability moves plus core training
  • POWER YOGA Focuses on building core strength, balance, flexibility and flow
  • YOGA FUSION A blend of Yoga based principles and postures combined with Pilates

ABS Focused on working your core to the full potential.  This 30 minute class will give you that extra push to achieve the results that we all like to flaunt! 

INTERVAL TRAINING Bouts of high intensity with low to moderate intensity as an active recovery.

Obtain an all over workout while improving muscle and cardio endurance and blasting even more calories.

TRX BOOTCAMPS This suspension based training developed by Navy Seals is implemented with a RAC twist to develop the best workout possible! This is a fee based class. Inquire at the front desk as to pricing.  All fitness levels are welcome!
