CLASSES

BOOTCAMP A great overall workout, putting both strength and cardio to the test, but OUTSIDE!  All fitness levels encouraged to attend, this is a class for anyone looking to attend and getting that heart pumping!

cORE POWER HOUR Designed for any ability or experience level, this class uses many modalities and apparatus to challenge the core. Students will be introduced to many methods of challenging their core strength, as well as learn modifications and progressions of exercises to integrate with the rest of the training experience.

Cycling A cardio workout for the serious cyclist or the fitness enthusiast. Anybody can pedal a bike so this workout is for everyone. All fitness levels are welcome. Heart rate monitors are highly recommended.

Muscle All muscle training. Bands, bars and weights are used to train your muscles to be dynamic and strong. All fitness levels are welcome.

Principles of movement All the benefits of Pilates-based training without the machines. This class is designed to introduce all levels of abilities to the principles of human movement. By learning how to properly align the body, students will be able to enhance their workout experience in any modality by learning to move more efficiently.

Pilates Reformer Get in shape with the lengthening and strengthening movements only Pilates based training can provide. All movements are performed on our state of the art Pilates Reformer machines. 3 private sessions are required before admission to reformer class will be allowed. This is a fee-based class. A single class is $25. A 10 class package is $225. All fitness levels are welcome!

PilatES 4 ATHLETES Want to improve your game with flexibility? This pilates class follows the traditional repertoire with an emphasis on an athlete's particular needs for flexibility and core conditioning for better performance.

sports conditioning An intense and comprehensive hour of cardio, strength, agility, pylometrics and core training. This class is designed for those looking for a challenge and to mix up their workout routine. Classes are held outside, weather permitting, otherwise, inside the club.

Yoga Several disciplines are offered for the experienced yogi and the "never stretched before" fitness enthusiast. Try a class. You'll love it!
