MASSAGE
Back in Shape Massage Therapy is owned and operated by Stefan Paulsson. Stefan is a native of Sweden and was schooled at the prestigious Axelsons School of Healing Arts in Stockholm over 15 years ago. Stefan's clients include professional athletes, sport enthusiasts, and those seeking muscle relaxation and everyday stress relief.
Stefan specializes in Modern Swedish massage techniques, along with Soft Tissue Release, Craniosacral, Hot Stone Massage, and Sports Stretching. He is active in the community and believes regularly scheduled massages are beneficial for staying healthy and feeling good.
Joining Stefan on his staff is Jessica Ripp. Jessica is a certified massage therapist with a passion for seeing an improvement in the quality of life for her clients. She is currently a practicing Registered Nurse who pursued massage therapy as a means of a more holistic approach to healing. She offers a healing touch, with a relaxing mix of both deep tissue and Swedish massage.
